I have never trained. Can I start?
Yes. Every adult class welcomes beginners, and the coach pairs new people with experienced partners. Come 10 minutes early for your first class and we will show you around.
Do I need a gi?
For the Tuesday and Thursday jiu-jitsu classes, yes, but not for your first visit: message us and we can usually lend one. Open mat, boxing and Muay Thai only need shorts and a rashguard or t-shirt.
How much does it cost?
We do not list prices online because options vary by season and length of stay. Send us a message on WhatsApp and we will reply with current rates for a single class, a week or a month.
Can I drop in while visiting Las Terrenas?
Absolutely. Visitors are welcome in every class and at the Wednesday open mat. Message us so we know you are coming.
What languages are classes in?
Spanish and English. Several teammates also speak French, Italian and German, so you will find someone to talk to.
From what age can kids train?
Our kids class is for ages 4 to 15 and runs Tuesday and Thursday at 5 pm. Message us to get your child started.
Is there training on the weekend?
Not yet. Weekend classes are coming soon and will appear on the schedule page as soon as they start.
Where are you?
Second floor on Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte, between Clínica Dr. Polanco and La Europea, in the center of Las Terrenas.
Can I host a seminar or retreat with you?
Yes. See the seminars and retreats pages, or send us a message with your idea and dates.
Do you rent the space?
Yes, outside class hours, for yoga, other martial arts, workshops and events. See the rent the space page.
