How it works

  1. Message us on WhatsAppTell us when you arrive, your experience and which classes you want. We confirm the spot and answer any questions.
  2. Show up 10 minutes earlySign in, meet the coach and warm up. First class? We will pair you with someone who can show you the ropes.
  3. Train as much as you likeDrop in for a class, a week or a month. Options for every length of stay; ask us for current rates.

Drop-in, week and month passes

We keep it simple: a single class, a week of training or a monthly pass. Rates depend on the season and how long you stay, so send us a message and we will reply with current options.
